Join Dr. David A. Bateman, Associate Professor Cornell University, to learn about and discuss how the Electoral College has changed US history and why it endures. To explore these matters participants in this 4 part Zoom series will read two books: The Electoral College by Thomas Weaver and Picking the President by Eric Burin. This series is made possible by a Humanities NY grant and is co-sponsored by LWVAC & Albany Public Library.
